No setup fee, no contract, and nothing to pay before your first ticket. Card processing is charged by Stripe on top and goes to them, not us.

5% + £0.50 per paid ticket, at least £0.80 and never more than £10

- Who pays the booking fee?
- Your choice, per event. Add it to the ticket price so the buyer pays, or absorb it and take home less. Most organisers pass it on.
- When do I get paid?
- Three working days after each event, into your own Stripe account. Money is held until then because refunds before an event are our problem, not yours.
- What about free events?
- Free tickets are free. No commission, no per-ticket fee, on any plan.
